I live near construction zones so Discount Tire on Magnolia Drive has gotten to know me well in the last few weeks. Each time I come in, I’m acknowledged right away and treated like a valued customer. I appreciate their communication, transparency, and reasonable prices!

I recently visited Discount Tire at 212 N. Magnolia Drive in Tallahassee because my car felt like it was pulling to the right. I thought I just needed my tires balanced and rotated since none of the tires appeared to be flat. During the inspection, the technicians discovered that my right front tire was separating and needed to be replaced. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the issue and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. The service was efficient, the wait time was reasonable, and the waiting area was clean and well-maintained. I've consistently had positive experiences at this location, and their commitment to customer service and vehicle safety keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing tire service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Discount Tire matched the price I got from Costco, which is why I decided to go with them and purchased 4 Michelin pilot as tires. They also told me they could unmount my old tires and replace the TPMS sensors. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. By the time they mounted new tires the TPMS battery was fully drained and they were dead. Two of the four had completely failed, so the IDs could no longer be read. When I tried to buy replacements through the store, the clerk was polite and gave me a small customer satisfaction discount, which I appreciated. Even with that, the price for four pre-programmed sensors was still around $215. The bigger issue was that after telling me they could handle it, they then said they could not actually order the sensors at all, even though the sensors were clearly showing in their system. I never got a clear explanation. In the end, they made promises they could not keep, wasted my time, and left me without a real solution. I then got my own sensors, programeed them and they mounted them. I had to use my own tool to link them up to my car's ECU and when I drove of a lot, I can now hear metal clinking at very low speeds which goes away at 20
